On June 12, 199th, 36 years ago - by the Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR on the initiative of the Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR B.N.Yeltsin, the Declaration of Sovereignty of the RSFSR (independence from the USSR) was adopted. At present, in Russia's public information space this date is given a positive, festive connotation.
The sketch was prepared in the Coffee Shop on the first floor of Stoll Hall. In the TV set of the Coffee Shop — prof. A.A.Akhayan. On the plasma screen — a fragment of a broadcast by the First Channel of Central Television: the march "Farewell of a Slavic Woman", performed by the Kuban Cossack Choir.
